Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Nuae, we stand behind the quality of our products while maintaining strict safety and integrity standards.

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, our refund and return policy is designed to ensure product safety for all customers.


 

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request is made within 30 days of delivery

  • Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Safety seal is intact

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied.


 

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products with broken seals

  • Products not in original condition

  • Final sale or promotional items

Once a supplement leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee its storage conditions, and therefore cannot accept it back.


 

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@getnuae.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

We will offer a replacement or refund where applicable.


 

5. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email support@getnuae.com

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Wait for return authorization instructions

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.


 

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

We are not responsible for lost return shipments.


 

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days


8. Subscription Orders

For subscription purchases:

  • Orders already processed cannot be refunded

  • You must cancel or modify your subscription before the next billing date

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once fulfilled, orders cannot be canceled.


10. Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns

  • Deny refunds

  • Limit transactions
